Below is our anticipated schedule of performances and rehearsals for the year. There are always minor changes as the year progresses, so please pay close attention to announcements and news letters.
It is expected that all students participate in all rehearsals, performances and fund raisers. Rehearsals and performances are graded. Fund raisers are the obligation of each member and participating in fund raisers allows the band to avoid the need to assess a participation fee for each student. Please support your band fund raisers.

21-24 Color Guard Mrs. R. will contact members for times.
28-Aug.1 Pre- Camp 8:00-3:00 Ellet
August 3
1:00pm: All students and parents report to Ellet High School for sign – in and rehearsal. There is a parent orientation 1:00 – 1:45 in the Ellet Auditorium.
1:00 – 4:00 pm: Rehearsal
4:00 – 4:30 pm: March to community center for cookout.
7:00 – 8:30 pm: Bowling at Eastgate Lanes.
Parents plan to pick-up your students behind Eastgate at the Bowling entrance.
August 4
8:00 – 4:00: Rehearsal
Lunch provided by band boosters.
Student attendance is mandatory.
Depart 5:00 pm for Paul Brown Stadium in Massillon for DCI show. Bring money for concessions. We will arrive back at Ellet approx. 10:30 pm.
