Ellet Jazz Ensemble

The Ellet High School Jazz Ensemble explores improvisation through many styles of music. With a special emphasis on swing style, bop, hard bop and mainstream jazz the EHS Jazz Ensemble explores the melodic and harmonic foundation used to build the music. Through the study of Latin music the students receive a broader understanding of the wide reach and all inclusive nature of Jazz.
